Brightwheel is excited to offer a limited-time promotional discount when you attend your demo and  mention the name of an approved brightwheel creator (“Affiliate”).

How It Works

• Mention the Affiliate’s name during your demo.
• Sign up for a brightwheel Premium subscription to qualify for the promo.
• Receive 50% off the first month of brightwheel.

Eligibility

This promotion is available only to new brightwheel Premium subscribers located in the United States or Canada who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be a licensed childcare or preschool program serving children ages 0–5.
• Must sign up for a Premium subscription with a minimum of 3 month commitment.
• Must provide the Affiliate’s name during the brightwheel demo or use the Affiliate’s referral code/link when signing up.

Important Details:

• Promotion applies only to the first month of Premium (50% discount).
• Offer is single-use and cannot be combined with other discounts, trials, or promotions.
• Existing or prior brightwheel customers are not eligible.
• All promotions are subject to verification. Brightwheel may revoke or adjust the discount if eligibility requirements are not met.
• Mentioning an Affiliate’s name does not entitle customers to any Affiliate reward or incentive.
• Brightwheel reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time without notice.
